“Do I need to switch away from Givelify?”
Absolutely not. Tap.Giving discs simply open your existing Givelify giving URL. All donations still process through Givelify. Nothing changes in your workflow.
“Does this add another monthly bill?”
No. You pay once for the discs. That’s it. No monthly fees, no per-transaction charges, no subscription. Givelify handles all payment processing as usual.
“Will my giving data still show up in Givelify?”
Yes. Since donors go directly to your Givelify giving page, every donation shows up in your Givelify dashboard, reports, and donor profiles. Tap.Giving doesn’t touch your data.
“Do visitors need the Givelify app?”
No! That’s the whole point. Tap discs open your Givelify web giving page in the visitor’s browser. No app download required. Works on any iPhone or Android.
“How do I set up the discs with my Givelify URL?”
Just tell us your Givelify giving link when you order. We’ll program every disc for you. Discs ship locked, so nobody can overwrite the destination by tapping one. To re-point them later without reprinting, our Redirect Dashboard changes where every disc goes from one page, and we can ship them unlocked on request.
