How does Tap.Giving connect to our existing giving platform?
Your giving platform gives you a web link to your donation page. We encode that link onto your NFC plates. When a congregant taps the plate, their phone opens your existing giving page. There is no API, no SDK, and no integration to build.
Do we have to switch giving platforms?
No. Tap.Giving works alongside the platform you already use. Donations still flow through your current provider and land in the same account. You only add a faster, in-person way for people to reach your giving page.
Does Tap.Giving process payments or store donor data?
No. Tap.Giving is hardware only. Your existing giving platform handles all payments and donor data. Tap.Giving never touches a transaction or stores donor information.

You will need a giving page with a web link before the plates can route donations. Once you have one with any provider, your plates are ready to use.
