No ongoing costs with Tap.Giving! You only pay the one-time hardware cost. Any processing fees come from your chosen giving platform (Tithely, Subsplash, etc.).
What's the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 100 plates. Most churches find they need 1-3 plates per pew or seating row for optimal coverage. Unlock the lowest cost and more features by ordering 400 or more.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 weeks. This includes production time for your custom-branded plates plus shipping. Rush orders available upon request.
Can I customize the plates with our church logo?
Custom branding is included with Pro and Max packages. We'll send you a design proof for approval before production. Starter package uses standard Tap.Giving branding.
What if I need to order more plates later?
Additional plates can be ordered anytime. We keep your branding design on file for easy reordering.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, return the unused plates for a full refund.
